Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see your password).

Profile information: company name, trade, city, state, ZIP code, search radius, typical budget range and the capabilities description you write.

Bids you post: the title, trade, location, budget, timeline, description, contact email and (optional) phone number you enter. Posted bids, including the contact details, are visible to other signed-in users.

Usage information: which listings you open, which contact buttons you click (email, call, SAM.gov notice, prime-contractor lookup) and which listings we have shown you as matches. We use this to measure and improve matching. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Email preferences: how often you want match digests (daily, weekly or off) and a record of the digests we sent you.

Technical information: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting.

To run the service: show you bids that fit your trade and location, show your bids to relevant contractors, keep your account secure and contact you about your account.

We turn ZIP codes into approximate map coordinates (using public U.S. Census Bureau data) so we can filter by distance.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• other signed-in users, for the bids you choose to post;
• service providers that host and operate the app (for example Supabase for our database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting);
• authorities, if required by law.

You can edit your profile and edit or delete your bids at any time. To delete your account and data, email us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

We use industry-standard safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within [X] days of an account deletion request.
