TheBidBroker ("we", "us") is an online listing service that helps construction businesses and contractors find each other. We are not a party to any contract, bid or agreement between users, and we do not guarantee that any bid will be awarded or any job completed.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts.

You are responsible for what you post. Bids must describe real work, must be accurate, and must not be unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or spam. We may remove any listing or suspend any account at our discretion.

You are responsible for vetting anyone you work with, including licensing, insurance, bonding, references and payment terms. Any agreement you make is between you and the other party.
